Terms of Use

1 Acceptable use

Manticore is provided for lawful, personal communication only. You agree not to use the service for any malicious, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful purpose, and not to do anything that violates the law in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction you are calling.

2 No impersonation

You agree not to impersonate any person, business, government agency, emergency service, or other official entity. Caller IDs and any audio you transmit must not be used to deceive the recipient about who you are or to commit fraud.

3 Caller IDs & phone numbers

• All custom caller IDs must be exactly 10 digits (a valid North American number).
• Calls may be placed to United States and Canada numbers only, unless otherwise enabled for your account.
• You confirm you have a legitimate reason to display any caller ID you choose, and that doing so does not break any applicable law.

4 Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are created by invitation and are intended for a single user. Don't share your login or resell access without permission.

5 Cores & billing

Calls are metered in Cores, where 1 Core equals roughly one minute of talk time. Cores are consumed as you call and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may adjust balances to correct errors or abuse.

6 Monitoring & enforcement

Calls and account activity may be logged, and some calls may be recorded for security, quality, and abuse-prevention purposes. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used for abuse, at our discretion and without notice.

7 Service & changes

Manticore is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and aren't liable for issues arising from use of the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
